This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit medicalsalesgrowth.com or thebridgestrategy.com, submit forms, download resources, book a call, email or text us, or otherwise interact with our commercialization consulting services.
This is a business-to-business (B2B) policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where that higher age applies).

Information we collect
- You provide: name, work email, phone, company, job title, company type/stage, inquiry details, appointment details, and any content you send us.
- SMS/consent: mobile number, consent timestamp, consent language version, opt-out status.
- Automatically: IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar analytics data, where you have accepted analytics cookies (see Cookies and analytics).
- From partners/tools: calendar (e.g., Calendly), email/CRM (e.g., GoHighLevel), form and analytics providers, only as needed to run our site and respond to you.
We do not intentionally collect protected health information (PHI) through public marketing forms. Please do not submit patient data or other sensitive health information via our website or SMS.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and deliver requested resources (including white papers).
- Schedule and remind about meetings (including via Calendly and SMS if you opted in).
- Operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
- Send educational or marketing communications where permitted (email; SMS only with express consent).
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
SMS / text messaging
If you opt in to SMS, our SMS Terms also apply.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Messaging vendors we use act as processors to deliver texts you consented to.
How we share information
- Service providers (hosting, CRM, email/SMS delivery, calendar, analytics) under contracts limiting use to providing services to us.
- Professional advisors (legal, accounting) when needed.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- A buyer or successor in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with notice where required).
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share SMS consent data for third-party marketing.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and roughly where they are. It runs only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner. Until then, and if you decline, the Google Analytics script is not loaded, no analytics cookies are set, and nothing is sent to Google.
When it runs, Google Analytics sets the cookies listed below and records the pages you view, the site that referred you, your device and browser type, an approximate location derived from your IP address at the city or country level, and a random identifier that tells one visitor's pages apart from another's. Google does not store the IP address itself. We have turned off Google Signals and every advertising feature, so this data is not linked to Google accounts or used to build advertising profiles. Google processes this data on our behalf under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms. Google explains its own role at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
The intro-meeting calendar is provided by Calendly and is shown inside a frame on our page. The frame loads from calendly.com only when you click Open the scheduler, and from that point Calendly's own cookies and privacy policy apply inside it.

You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing stops further measurement and removes the analytics cookies from your browser. Your choice is asked again after 12 months, or sooner if what we ask for changes. Browser settings can also block or delete cookies, but the banner's Decline is the surer way to say no here, since it stops the analytics script loading at all.
Retention
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, including lead records, consent logs, and legal/accounting retention, then delete or de-identify it when no longer needed, unless a longer period is required by law. Google Analytics event data is kept for two months, the shortest retention period Google offers, and then deleted.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to a small professional services firm. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices
- Email: unsubscribe via the link in marketing emails or email us.
- SMS: reply STOP to stop (see SMS Terms); reply HELP for help.
- Cookies: accept or decline analytics in the banner, and change your choice any time from Cookie settings in the footer.
- Access, correction, or deletion: email Craigt@medicalsalesgrowth.com. We may need to verify identity. Some records (e.g., consent logs, invoices) may be retained where required.
If you are in a jurisdiction with additional rights (e.g., certain U.S. states or the EEA/UK), contact us and we will handle your request as applicable law requires.
International visitors
We are based in the United States. If you access our site from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the U.S.
Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party sites (including Calendly). Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will change the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
